Abundant Life is excited to partner with In My Father's Kitchen for a citywide outreach filled with purpose, compassion, and action. Whether you're painting, cleaning, or simply showing up to love people where they are, your presence will matter.

Schedule 

9:00 AM - Check-in begins at the Vision Center, 1221 S. Salina Street, Syracuse NY

9:30 AM - Moring huddle with a quick vision cast, prayer, and site assignments.

9:45 AM Depart for outreach site

10:00 AM to 2:00 PM - On-site outreach projects

Outreach Locations

In My Father's Kitchen Office Site

501 Hawley Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13203

This location will focus on building projects including scraping, painting, and repainting flooring. We will also be doing a neighborhood cleanup in the surrounding blocks.

This site is kid-friendly for ages 5 and up, making it a great opportunity for families to serve together.

Jess will be the lead for location.

I-81 Underpass Site near Destiney USA and the Train Station

2250 Park Street, Syracuse, NY 13208

This location will involve a deep cleanup of the underpass areas, helping to create a safer and more dignified environment for unhoused individuals who shelter there in warmer months.

This site is adults only, ages 18 and up, due to the nature of the work.

Marie Fagon will be the lead for this location

Please Note:

Lunch will not be provided, so plan to bring your own packed lunch. Water and work gloves will be provided for you and have a heart ready to serve.
