ALC Mens Yankee Game
The New York Yankees are taking on the Toronto Blue Jays, and you’re invited!
Join the men of Abundant Life for a full day at Yankee Stadium on Saturday, September 6. We’ll leave from Abundant Life Church at 7:00 AM and head to the stadium for the 1:00 PM game. We’ll head back right after the game.
Cost: $100
Includes: Game ticket, round-trip transportation, and a meal voucher

On Wednesday evening, August 13th, we’re heading back to serve alongside John Tumino and the team at In My Father’s Kitchen. We’ll be painting the exterior of their building, doing some light landscaping, and possibly helping with neighborhood clean-up—all to bless a ministry that’s making a real difference for people experiencing homelessness in our city.
If you love working with your hands and want to be part of something deeply impactful, this is a perfect midweek opportunity to serve with purpose.

Join us Tuesday, August 12th as we serve the students, staff, and families of Franklin Elementary by restoring their Remembrance Garden—a space created to honor students who have passed. We’ll be refreshing the garden to make it a peaceful, low-maintenance spot the community can continue to cherish.
Volunteers will help remove overgrowth, lay down landscape fabric and weed prevention, mulch the area, and add new plantings. No gardening experience is required—just a willing heart and hands ready to serve.

Start your week with purpose by serving with Mercy Works on Monday evening, August 11th. We’ll be meeting at the Vision Center to help clean and refresh the exterior of the building—preparing the space for students in their job-readiness and leadership programs. Mercy Works empowers youth through opportunity and service, and your efforts will help ensure their space is welcoming and ready for the work ahead.

YA Community Experience
Join us on Sunday, August 10th (2PM-4:00PM) for a great opportunity to connect with the YA Community. Join us for an afternoon of food, fellowship, family and fun. We will meet at the Clark Reservation Pavilion and take advantage of all the park has to offer. Feel free to bring your kids! We will have Dave's Hot Chicken and other picnic foods. There are hiking trails, a great playground and plenty of space to strike up some yard games.

On Saturday, August 9th, we’re bringing joy to families in Central Square with a Family Fun Day at The North Country Hub! From bounce houses and bike giveaways to classic games and an ice cream truck, this is a day packed with fun and connection. Whether you're amazing with kids, handy with bikes, or simply want to serve with a smile, your presence will help create lasting memories and build bridges with the community.

Focus: Supporting New American food access and prepping campus spaces

Description:
At Thrive City Church, we’ll be transforming the Rectory Building to better serve the community. Volunteers will help set up a pantry, refresh indoor spaces, and enhance the kitchen. Outdoors, we’ll landscape the property and participate in a neighborhood clean-up. This is a family-friendly project where your hands-on service will help create a welcoming space for the community to thrive.

Focus: Landscaping, brush cleanup, pressure washing, and kids’ room organization
Age Requirement: Family-friendly (minors must serve with a parent/guardian)
Description:
Join us as we partner with Believers Chapel to enhance and care for their campus. Volunteers will help with landscaping, brush removal, pressure washing the building and courtyard, and organizing kids’ ministry spaces. We'll also make light repairs around the playground and building. If you have skills in masonry or experience with equipment like a wood chipper, your help will be especially valuable—though no experience is required to serve!

Whether you’re serving on a project that day or volunteering later in the week, this rally is for everyone signed up for Serve Week. It’s our moment to gather as one church family, get equipped, and set our hearts on the mission ahead.
Come ready to connect, be encouraged, and start the week with purpose!
Morning Schedule
8:30 AM – Volunteer Check-In
Enjoy coffee and breakfast, grab your Serve Week gear, and meet your team.9:15 AM – Morning Rally
We’ll cast vision, pray over the week, and hear a special word of encouragement.9:45 AM – Launch
Volunteers assigned to Saturday serve projects will head out with their teams.
All other participants are free to go, fully equipped and inspired for the week ahead.
