Coursework
We focus on two aspects of leadership, leading yourself and leading others.
Leading Yourself
Leading Yourself is a two-part learning arc that moves from clarity to depth.
Formation & Purpose – Discover your God-given identity, surface the key moments that have shaped you, clarify governing values, and craft a personal purpose statement that aligns passion with calling.
Depth & Integration – Turn insight into transformation by strengthening character, naming emotional “saboteurs,” establishing life-giving habits, and practicing spiritual disciplines that keep you rooted in the Holy Spirit’s guidance.
Across these eight months you’ll write, talk, sketch, and experiment—emerging with a purpose statement, a growth pathway, and the self-leadership habits that sustain long-term impact.
Leading Others
Leading Others builds on self-leadership and equips you to influence people and systems with wisdom and grace.
Relational Intelligence – Master the human side of leadership: mapping influence circles, flexing leadership styles, leveraging Working Genius strengths, offering feedback, navigating conflict, and leading across culture and generation with empathy.
Leadership Mechanics – Translate vision into reality: lead when you’re not in charge, delegate for development, reproduce leaders, make Spirit-led decisions, guide change, and build high-trust teams through hands-on Leadership Labs.
The result is a leader who can read the room and run the room—moving teams toward Kingdom outcomes while cultivating healthy, Christ-centered relationships.
