Abundant Life Church seeks a experienced, ministry-minded Production & Technology Manager to provide strategic hands-on leadership across our live production, broadcast, streaming, and technology environments.
This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in all facets of live production; multi-camera production, video switching and routing, LED-wall systems, live broadcast and streaming infrastructure, digital audio, lighting, presentation systems, and AV networking. The ideal candidate can lead complex live-production environments while developing teams and ensuring systems are reliable, prepared, and operating at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical production for weekend and midweek services, conferences, special events, and other ministry experiences.
Oversee multi-camera production, including camera direction, switching, routing, recording, playback, signal distribution, and related broadcast workflows.
Manage and troubleshoot LED-wall systems, processors, signal mapping, scaling, power/data distribution, color, and camera interaction.
Oversee broadcast and streaming systems, including encoders, signal paths, stream health, bandwidth, recording, redundancy, and online-campus delivery.
Partner with AVL engineer to support digital audio, RF, Dante, FOH, monitors, in-ear systems, and broadcast-audio workflows.
Support lighting systems, including DMX, fixture configuration, cueing, exposure, color temperature, and camera-ready lighting.
Administer ProPresenter, Planning Center, presentation, graphics, playback, and related production systems.
Support AV networking and maintain system documentation, signal-flow diagrams, equipment inventories, backups, preventive maintenance, and recovery procedures.
Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop production volunteers and technical teams.
Manage production and technology projects, equipment planning, vendors, purchasing, budgets, and replacement cycles.
Broader Technology Support
In addition to production leadership, this position supports technology used throughout ALC's classrooms, ministry spaces, online environments, meeting rooms, and staff operations.
What We're Looking For
We seek a spiritually grounded servant leader with strong live-production and broadcast expertise, deep technical knowledge, and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience producing dynamic, engaging worship services and troubleshooting complex systems in real time. Emotional maturity, self-awareness, and sensitivity to others are essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure, anticipate needs, and respond to changing ministry demands with discernment, professionalism, and grace.
Preferred experience includes:
Professional live production, broadcast, concert, or large-church production
Multi-camera production and video switching/routing
LED-wall systems and processing
Streaming infrastructure and online broadcast
Digital audio, Dante, RF, and broadcast audio
Lighting and DMX systems
ProPresenter and Planning Center
AV networking and production-system troubleshooting
Leading and developing staff, volunteers, or technical teams
A bachelor's degree in production, broadcast, media, engineering, information technology, ministry, communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered. Relevant certifications such as Dante Level 2 or AVIXA CTS are a plus.

Salary Range: $82,000 - $96,000 annually, commensurate with experience, technical depth, leadership capability, certifications, and demonstrated scope of responsibility.
